Notice Regarding Entry Tickets
"SONIANDSMI" will not distribute admission tickets by advance lottery.
However, during busy times, we may distribute admission tickets to customers via the LINE app "mogily" and guide them in order.
Please note that in order to apply for an entry ticket, customers must be registered on the LINE app and add the official SONIANDSMI LINE account as a friend in advance.
Information regarding whether entry tickets will be required on a given day will be announced through our official social media channels (X / Instagram / LINE). We kindly ask customers to check the latest updates prior to visiting.
Depending on when you visit, the situation on the ground may differ from what is announced on social media.

・Each person may obtain only one admission ticket per day.
*Even if you have multiple LINE accounts, please refrain from acquiring multiple tickets as the same individual.
*If staff suspect multiple tickets have been obtained by the same person, they may approach you for confirmation.
*We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring fairness for all visitors.
・One ticket admits one person only.
*Exceptions: One accompanying person is allowed only for guests who require assistance or for children in elementary school or younger. However, purchase limits apply to one person per ticket, regardless of accompaniment.
・Tickets are GPS-linked and can only be obtained within a 6 km radius of the store.
*Please enable location services on your smartphone and LINE app when acquiring your ticket.
・Holding a ticket does not guarantee the purchase of desired products.
・Checkout is limited to one transaction per person.
・Re-entry is not permitted once admitted with a ticket.
・Changes to the admission date due to personal reasons are not allowed.
・Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
・If you miss your designated entry time, you may be denied entry.
・Transfer or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited, regardless of reason.
・Purchases for resale purposes are not allowed.
*Even if not for resale, multiple purchases in one day may be restricted to ensure availability for other customers.
・In the event of natural disasters, epidemics, or other force majeure, tickets may become invalid.
*No substitute tickets will be issued.
*Travel or accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
・Failure to follow staff instructions may result in denial of entry.
・When applying for a ticket, please ensure you are in an area with strong signal reception.
*We are not responsible for any issues caused by poor connectivity or communication errors.
・Internet and data usage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
